Step 3 of 8
Sixteen questions you already know the answers to.
These are the questions your settings file answers. You don't need to write anything yet. Read them today, let them sit, and in the next step Claude asks them one at a time.
Read them, but don't answer them yet.
There are sixteen, and three of them ask you to paste something in, because one real example teaches Claude more than any list of adjectives ever will. The answers will be better tomorrow than they are today, which is the whole reason the interview is a separate step.

In your words, not the brochure’s.

For example: warm, clear, plain.

Words

Question 12. Which words must never appear?
Sales language, clichés, clinical words your patients would never use.
Facts
Question 13. What facts must be right every single time?
Phone numbers, the address, opening hours, the practitioners and what each one treats.
Question 14. Which facts change often enough that Claude should ask rather than guess?
Prices, appointment times, who is in clinic which day.
Lines Claude does not cross
Question 15. What should Claude never do without checking with you first?
Quote a price, give clinical advice, name a patient, promise an appointment, send anything.
Question 16. Are there clinic rules about AI, privacy or patient information that every piece of work has to follow?
Say them here in plain words. Patient health information is the big one, so be clear about what Claude may and may not see.
